Confidentiality Agreement

By accessing the provided materials, you ("the Recipient") agree to treat all information and materials shared as confidential. The Recipient acknowledges that the information provided is proprietary to WeCure and contains sensitive business information.

Confidential Information: Any data, documents, business plans, and other materials provided to the Recipient are considered confidential. This excludes information that is publicly available or becomes publicly available without breach of this agreement.

Non-Disclosure: The Recipient agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential information to any third party without the express written consent of WeCure.

Return & Destruction: Upon request, the Recipient agrees to return all copies of the confidential information provided or, if directed by WeCure, destroy them.

Acknowledgment: By providing your email and accessing the materials, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of confidentiality.
